The 10 questions are designed to surface what is actually happening in your business, the reoccuring problems, the pressure on your team, the things that depend too heavily on you personally.
We read every response. What you get back is a direct assessment, written specifically for what you've described. If we see a pattern we recognise, we'll name it and tell you what we would look at first. If it points toward a clear next step, we will say so.
