What you're booking The First Fix is a focused 30-minute session where you bring one real problem in your business, I dig into it with you, and afterwards you get a short written fix you can action. One problem, one session, one written fix. Price and payment The First Fix is $99 (incl. GST), paid when you book. Paying up front is what holds your spot and lets me prepare, so there's no invoicing back and forth. Booking and what to bring Pick a time that suits, pay, and you'll get a confirmation and a reminder. When you book you'll be asked one question: in a sentence or two, what's the problem you'd like looked at. The more specific you can be, the more we get done in the 30 minutes. How we meet By video or phone, whichever you prefer. If you're local to Shepparton and would rather meet in person, let me know and we'll sort it. Your written fix After the session I send you a short written fix: what I'd do about the problem and the practical next step. You'll have it within two business days. It's yours to action yourself, or we can talk about building it out if you'd like a hand. Changing or cancelling Life happens. You can reschedule or cancel for a full refund up to 24 hours before your session, through the link in your confirmation. Inside 24 hours, I've set that time aside for you, so the $99 is non-refundable. If something genuinely unavoidable comes up, get in touch and I'll do my best to find you another time. No-shows If you don't turn up and haven't been in contact, the session is treated as used and the $99 isn't refunded. I'll always offer to help you rebook. What the First Fix is, and what it isn't The First Fix is practical advice on one problem. It's a starting point, not a full review of your business. If what you bring turns out to be bigger than one session can do justice, I'll tell you honestly and point you to the right next step. The written fix is my recommendation based on what you share with me. It isn't legal, financial or tax advice, and like any advice, the result depends on how it's put into action. Confidentiality What you share with me stays between us. I don't use your business details or name anywhere without your say-so. Questions Email me any time at hello@hayhart.com.au.
